WOMEN’S ENGINEERING PROGRAM
Building Skills
The Women’s Engineering Program is a hands-on training initiative created for community women, with limited formal education. Through this program, participants build their agency and gain technical and leadership skills.
Restoring Wells
The three-phase program is conducted by a government-certified engineer specializing in hydraulics, water, and sanitation, alongside two qualified craftsmen, each with over 15 years of experience.
Leading Change
Our program has educated and empowered hundreds of community women to monitor, repair, and support local water systems, ensuring uninterrupted and sustainable access to water.
Graduates have helped restore hundreds of wells, directly impacting the lives of thousands in Burkina Faso.
